Partnership with CAMEO!

We are thrilled to announce our partnership with CAMEO (hyperlink website = https://cameonetwork.org/ ) CAMEO will serve as BELLA’s fiscal sponsor beginning March of 2022. What does this partnership mean? BELLA will work with CAMEO to support the administrative and fiscal coordination of the organization. What this means for our community is that we will be in a better position to fundraise more dollars towards our annual Latina Entrepreneurship Fund, offer business development programs, provide more access to resources and community building events.

Congratulations to our 2021 Latina Entrepreneurship Fund Grantee!

BELLA launches inaugural grant to Celina Estrada of Cereus Bloom Life Coaching.
Celina’s favorite roles are sister, aunt, and mentor. Her passion for traveling has taken her to 30+ countries. She loves cactus plants, reading, creating and coffee. When she is not coaching you can catch her exploring local gems, visiting museums or vintage & thrift shopping. Her favorite quote is by Ayesha Siddiqi “Be the person you needed when you were younger”
Cereus Bloom is a youth life coaching business that addresses topics on mental health, life skills and mindset. They provide tools for youth to think outside the box and explore different ways of thinking that will help them grow in a positive way. Cereus Bloom’s coaching technique involves introduction to experiences, art, and creative activities. Their mission is to teach and instill the importance of living a mentally healthy life while creating a life you love full of possibilities.

BELLA stands for Brillantes Emprendedoras Latinas de Los Angeles because it truly represents the beautiful community of women which we celebrate and honor everyday. Today I uplift them – Latina emprendedoras are a shining light and their story is worth telling. At BELLA, we center our focus on elevating the latina entrepreneurial voice by sharing the resiliency, strength and beauty of the Latina business owner, we provide capital and resources for capacity building, and build community through empowerment gatherings.

As a proud daughter of Mexican immigrants who helped my mother in her small business clean houses starting at the age of 10, I have profound respect and deep appreciation for marching alongside Latina entrepreneurs.
