EC Hispanic Media began with its first direct mail publication of El Clasificado in May 1988. Its purpose was to connect sellers of various products and services within the Hispanic community, while also providing Latinos with educational resources and how-to lifestyle improvement articles that were not widely available in Spanish.

Small Business Majority is a national small business organization that empowers America’s diverse entrepreneurs to build a thriving and equitable economy. We engage our network of more than 80,000 small businesses and 1,000 business and community organizations to advocate for public policy solutions and deliver resources to entrepreneurs that promote equitable small business growth. Our deep connections with the small business community along with our scientific research enable us to educate the public about key issues impacting America’s entrepreneurs, with a special focus on advancing the smallest businesses and those facing systemic inequalities.

We are working together – as consumers, allies and supporters – towards a movement that increases the opportunities available to Latino-led businesses. There are hundreds of organizations dedicated to empowering and advancing small and/or Latino businesses. We want to recognize the amazing work that has been done, while looking ahead to continued collaboration.

At Crowdfund Better, we’re ALL about guiding you toward crowdfunding success. That’s why we focus on education. Our clients avoid the typical crowdfunding campaign creator journey that fails on so many levels.

We provide loans to low- and moderate-income immigrants, women, and other deserving, but underserved small business owners. We’ve seen firsthand the ripple effect of such loans. Businesses grow, jobs are added, healthier communities and families thrive.

Let’s come together and make the world a fairer place, one loan at a time.

As a leader in the community and economic development field, CDC Small Business Finance provides access to transformative products, services, and advocacy to ensure ALL small businesses have the opportunity to succeed and grow.

We serve as an intermediary, building bridges between our local non-profit partners and the resources they need to transform underserved neighborhoods into thriving communities of opportunity and choice. We receive our funding from banks, corporations, foundations, and government agencies. We partner with community organizations, private developers, local government and schools to invest those funds in affordable housing, economic development, health and recreation, capacity building, and strategic planning efforts. This comprehensive approach builds more resilient communities throughout Los Angeles.

To bring systemic change to existing small business ecosystems, build more effective infrastructures, and provide more relevant programs to achieve higher success rates among underserved entrepreneurs.

The Latino Restaurant Association strives to be the number one source for all aspects of the Latino restaurant industry. We are dedicated to promoting, supporting and serving our restaurant member community. By investing in membership, you will have a platform to share your advocacy priorities, gain access to business-building tools and develop meaningful relationships with your peers.

             Jewish Free Loan Association

Jewish Free Loan offers interest-free loans on a non-sectarian basis to individuals and families whose needs are urgent and who may not qualify through normal financial channels. Interest-free loans, instead of charity, fill an important gap in our social system by promoting self-sufficiency with dignity.

Jewish Free Loan affirms the ancient biblical mandate, interest-free lending, by enacting it: We offer interest-free loan assistance to people in need with the goal of helping them to lead more rewarding and responsible lives.
