About Cindy and Rubylu Boutique: Cindy Arechiga is a mom of 3, Mexican American born and raised in Los Angeles. Her roots come from Mexico, where both her parents were born and raised motherland of lindo Mexico; mom from Zacatecas, father from Jalisco. Cindy is the owner and creator of Rubylu Boutique. Her first born by the name of Ruby was her inspiration to make her vision and dream come true. This dream she had at heart since the age of 18. Rubylu Boutique is a small business with a big heart and passion to grow and inspire others to follow their dreams while also providing cute and comfy clothing for all women.
